Job Responsibilities:

As an Analyst in Privacy and Data Protection, you will:

• Identify and mitigate risks related to Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Investigate data privacy breaches, conduct root cause analysis, and define corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct privacy compliance checks for internal solutions, processes, and clients.
• Review and respond to client privacy requirements.
• Implement and monitor data privacy policies and procedures across the organization.
• Participate in strategic improvement initiatives related to data protection.

• Exposure to global data privacy regulations due to Infosys’ international presence.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for:

• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
• Biometric Authentication
• Smartphone app-based solutions
• Web applications

Recommend Privacy by Design for new products and platforms.

Preferred Skills / Certifications:

Knowledge in global privacy regulations and frameworks:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
• CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologist)
• CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional)
• DCPLA (DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor)
